Qualtrics Community
Users also have the opportunity to talk to other Qualtrics users via the Qualtrics Community. Here, they can discuss best practices, custom coding, share perspectives on issues they're experiencing, and more. We also post monthly K-12 Insights Exchange webinar recordings here.
Anyone can read posts on the community, and users will only need their Qualtrics account login information to join the conversation.
Qualtrics Basecamp Basecamp is the official site for online Qualtrics training resources. You will find an extensive video library that allows you to build your expertise on program design, research methodology, and Qualtrics best practices. Official Qualtrics Certification courses are also available on Basecamp. Certification courses provide you the ability to train your team members and validate understanding of Qualtrics best practices and XM methodology.
