The Qualtrics Story: Rooted in Education
Qualtrics has a long history of working with educational institutions, starting as a platform for academic research in 2002.
Our goal was to make research simple enough for an intern, yet robust and sophisticated enough for advanced analysts and researchers. We wanted to give ultimate control to our customers so they could field studies in ways that provided the most value possible, from the world of academia to every business industry in the world. Today, our platform is used to collect customer, employee, product, brand, and every other kind of research on the planet. We call this experience data (X-data), which provides insights on the thoughts, feelings, and wants of people all around the world.
Over 13,000 organizations worldwide, including nearly half of the largest K-12 districts and 99 of the top 100 business schools in the US, rely on Qualtrics to consistently improve experiences. As we grow, we continue to learn and develop new ways that we can uniquely help academic institutes achieve their mission.
